Sytner Group is seeking a proactive Service Advisor at Sytner Leicester to deliver exceptional customer service and to be the critical link between customers and the workshop. You will guide customers on servicing options, keep them informed at every stage, and liaise with technicians to ensure timely vehicle readiness.

In this busy retail environment, the role rewards a strong customer service background, with training provided through in-house Learning & Development and manufacturer courses.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and administrative abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Experience in a busy retail or service environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greetings and advise customers, acting as the link between customers and workshop.
• Inform and consult on servicing options and keep customers updated at each stage.
• Liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle status and readiness.
• Provide best advice on products and services to customers and upsell where appropriate.
