Qualifications

• Willingness to learn; training provided through in-house Learning & Development.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with good attention to detail.
• Strong customer service background is beneficial in a busy environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence will be of benefit.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between customers and the workshop.
• Inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep the customer up to date at every stage.
• Liaise with technicians about vehicle statuses and ensure on-time readiness.
• Advise on products and services to customers.
