Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of vehicle servicing and repair processes.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Kerridge, CDK and Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Act as the key liaison between customers and the workshop, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
• Manage customer bookings and vehicle drop-offs for servicing, repairs and MOTs.
• Provide clear explanations of work required, costs and timescales to customers.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair and servicing process with regular updates.
• Work closely with the workshop team to ensure vehicles are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Identify and communicate any additional work or maintenance requirements to customers.
• Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction, productivity and targets.
• Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and in line with BMW standards.
