Halliwell Jones (Warrington) Ltd is seeking a Parts Advisor to join their team in Warrington. You will help customers find the right automotive parts and ensure accurate, timely order processing within a BMW/Prestige centre environment.

Key duties include direct parts selling, maintaining supplier relationships, and providing outstanding service while working to deadlines in a busy dealership setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with BMW/Prestige centre parts operations.
• Excellent communication and customer liaison abilities.
• Ability to communicate the Companies products and services professionally.
• Full UK driving licence and computer literate.

Responsibilities

• To satisfy all customer requirements and increase all aspects of the parts business through Direct selling.
• To be fully conversant with all procedures within the Parts Department.
