Overview

37.5 hours per week | Locations: YMCA Black Country Group sites as required

Responsibilities

We are looking for 2 experienced and competent Premises Management Officers, who have comprehensive knowledge of building repairs and maintenance to include carpentry, ground maintenance, painting & decorating, and DIY skills. Duties include working across our 22 Black Country sites as required.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a full clean UK driving licence, a company vehicle with business insurance, and be willing to work across our 22 Black Country sites as required. The successful applicant must agree to completing a DBS check before taking up the role.
