Following the retirement of our current Site and Premises Manager, Gatley Primary School is seeking to appoint a new Site and Premises Manager. The role focuses on maintaining and developing the school site to support the outstanding safety and wellbeing of all.
• Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the school site, ensuring safety and efficient use of facilities.
• Work closely with the School Business Manager to enhance operational running and support the school’s development plans.
• Demonstrate a real commitment to safeguarding and safe working practices, fundamental to the Trust’s ethos and values.
• Apply expertise in Site and Premises Management to build on existing successful systems.
• Extensive experience in school premises and facilities management.
• Strong commitment to safeguarding, safe working practices and the Trust’s safety ethos.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a highly skilled team and external stakeholders.
