• 10 years+ UK experience working for a Main Contractor, ideally within a Pre-Construction position.
• Previous involvement in PCSA or 2-stage procurement is essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-construction bid process and ensure successful conclusion to full contract award.
• Manage a preconstruction team across specific projects from inception to contract award.
• Collaborate with Business Development to identify and pursue new tender opportunities.
• Manage stakeholder engagement as the primary liaison for clients and design teams.
