Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction activities across multiple PFP projects.
• Review design documentation and specifications for compliance.
• Produce detailed cost estimates and resource plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact during the pre-construction phase.
• Support bid and tender submissions with technical input.
