  • Ensure that journalists' needs and press requests are handled and fulfilled efficiently.
  • Expand new media activity by proactively seeking additional opportunities and accelerating print, digital and social penetration.
  • Work closely with local Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Store Managers, CRM / Client Experience and Events teams to identify and promote key merchandise, capsule collections and other special project opportunities.

  • Coordinate sample send-outs and returns to and from shoots using SAMPLE tools, overseeing tracking to ensure all samples are where they should be.
  • Oversee the stockroom and ensure all samples are packed and that quarterly/seasonal stock inventory targets are met.
  • Maintain an immaculate showroom and stockroom at all times according to company guidelines.
  • Support Prada Donna and Uomo fashion show preparations in relation to coverage, seating and general coordination.
  • Collaborate with the VIP / Influencer team to identify key opportunities throughout the year and lead on media placements to maximise our brand ambassadors.
