Overview

At Evolve Psychology Services, we empower our clinicians with the tools and support they need to focus on delivering exceptional care to children, young people, and their families. You will join a passionate, multidisciplinary team specialising in high-quality, evidence-based autism and ADHD assessments, through both NHS-funded and private pathways. This role is within our Exeter team and is a hybrid position with part-time and full-time options, with a minimum of three days a week commitment. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will contribute to comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments, helping to ensure timely and accurate diagnoses that lead to appropriate support and improved outcomes for families.

Main duties
  • Contribute to comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments, helping ensure timely, accurate diagnoses that lead to improved outcomes for families.
  • Conduct face-to-face structured observations as part of the assessment process.
  • Complete remote developmental history interviews with parents and carers via Zoom.
  • Collaborate in peer MDT diagnostic discussions, with senior clinician support where needed.
  • Deliver clear, compassionate feedback to families.
  • Produce accurate, timely clinical reports with the aid of our tools.
  • Provide supervision, offer consultations to colleagues, quality-check reports, and contribute to service development projects where applicable.
  • Travel to a clinic base for in-person assessments (hybrid role).
