Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the practice manager in day-to-day operations.
• Provide leadership and guidance for administrative staff.
• Lead recruitment for non-clinical staff.
• Manage staff absences and payroll details.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Develop training programs for all staff.
• Manage compliance registers and practice reports.
