Job summary

A local medical practice in Truro is seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of post-registration experience managing long-term conditions such as diabetes, asthma, and cardiovascular disease. Responsibilities include providing care, supporting patients, and working in a collaborative environment with GPs and fellow nurses. This is a part-time role with 24 hours per week over three days.

Qualifications

• At least two years post-registration experience in managing long-term conditions.
• Experience of working as a Practice Nurse specializing in diabetes.
• High level of clinical skills including cervical cytology and wound management.

Responsibilities
