A highly regarded, forward-thinking GP practice in Basingstoke is seeking an enthusiastic and patient-centred Practice Nurse to join its expanding clinical team. As an established training practice, the team is passionate about nurturing clinical development across all disciplines. This role is suitable for both experienced Practice Nurses looking to broaden their skills in a progressive setting and nurses newer to primary care who would benefit from structured supervision, mentorship and ongoing learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities (depending on experience):
  • Chronic disease management (e.g., asthma, COPD, diabetes)

  • Health promotion, screening and patient education
  • Contribution to urgent clinical needs when appropriate
  • Engagement in clinical meetings, audits and service development initiatives
