mydentist Poklington Practice is seeking a part-time Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and drive performance across all activities.

You’ll manage a team of receptionists and dental nurses, oversee budgets, ensure high standards of patient care, and align with regulatory requirements.

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:

• Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
