Job summary

mydentist is seeking a Practice Manager for our Penrith Practice. You’ll join an experienced team with a Head Nurse and Head Receptionist supporting you, and lead a 5-surgery site equipped with the latest technology.

The role can be 4 days (part time) or 5 days (full time) with free parking. You will drive practice performance, manage budgets, oversee compliance, and interpret financial data to guide commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a dental or healthcare practice.
• Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team including nurses and receptionists.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.

Your future, your role

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:

• Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
