Job summary

mydentist Penrith is recruiting a Practice Manager to join our team on a part-time (4 days) or full-time (5 days) basis. You’ll be supported by a Head Nurse and Head Receptionist in a 5-surgery practice with the latest equipment, and enjoy free parking.

You’ll drive performance by achieving financial targets, manage budgets and compliance, and lead a team of receptionists and nurses, while overseeing relationships with self-employed clinicians and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Driving performance with set objectives, including meeting financial targets and managing budgets
• Leading a team of practice support staff including dental nurses and receptionists
• Engaging with self-employed clinicians while managing contractual relationships
• Managing compliance and meeting regulatory requirements
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss to make commercial decisions

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:

• Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
  
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
  
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
  
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
