mydentist (UK) Hayle is seeking a Practice Manager on a part-time basis (24–32 hours/week). The role involves leading a small team, managing budgets, and driving performance while delivering outstanding patient care.

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:

• Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
