Mydentist Poklington Practice is seeking a Practice Manager for a part-time role (3 or 4 days). You will lead the practice, manage budgets, and drive performance while delivering outstanding patient care.

You will supervise receptionists and dental nurses, coordinate with self-employed clinicians, ensure regulatory compliance, and use financial data to support commercial decisions within a supportive, inclusive team.

Formación

• Experience managing a dental practice or multi-chair setting.
• Ability to interpret financial data and drive commercial decisions.
• Proven leadership of a team of clinical and support staff.
