mydentist is seeking a Practice Manager for our Antrim Road, Belfast clinic. You’ll lead a friendly team across 4 surgeries, drive performance, ensure patient care excellence, and manage budgets within a supportive network.

Qualificações

• Management experience including people management and P&L responsibility.
• Clinical experience is desirable.
• Experience in driving KPIs and increasing profit margins.

Responsabilidades

• Drive practice performance by meeting financial targets, managing budgets and delivering outstanding patient care.
• Lead a team of practice staff (nurses, receptionists) and manage relationships with self-employed clinicians.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Interpret financial data, including P&L, to inform commercial decisions.

Your future, your role

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:

• Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions

Experience:

• Management experience, including People management and managing P & L
• Clinical experience is desirable
• Experience in driving KPI’s and increasing profit margins

• Excellent interpersonal skills to manage key stakeholder relationships
• Excellent organisational skills including prioritising important deadlines whilst managing reactive business needs
