mydentist in the Poklington Practice is hiring a part-time Practice Manager to lead the front and clinical support teams, including dental nurses and receptionists. You will drive practice performance, manage budgets, meet financial targets and ensure compliant operations while delivering outstanding patient care.

You’ll work in a modern 3-surgery practice with the latest equipment, parking available, and a supportive team.

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:

• Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets


• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship


• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators


• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
