Job summary

mydentist is seeking a full-time, permanent Practice Manager for our Seaton Practice. The role involves overseeing a 5-surgery mixed NHS and Private practice with opportunities to grow private revenue, and includes managing teams and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
