Job summary

mydentist is recruiting a Designate Practice Manager for the Farnham Area, with a mix of NHS and Private practices. You will lead a team across the practice, manage budgets, drive performance, and ensure clinical governance.

This is a full-time role within the UK’s leading dental network, offering a supportive environment and opportunities for professional development. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, responsible for daily operations, patient care excellence, and financial outcomes, while

• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team in a healthcare setting.
• Strong financial acumen with budget planning and P&L awareness.
• Ability to interpret practice performance data to drive decisions.
