mydentist Newark Practice is seeking a proactive Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive performance and deliver outstanding patient care. You’ll manage budgets, coordinate a team of dental nurses and receptionists, and collaborate with self-employed clinicians to ensure smooth contractual relationships.

• Driving your practices performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets

• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship

• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators

• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
