Job summary

mydentist is seeking a Dual Site Practice Manager for its Bath-based Peasedown and Combe Down practices. The role is a 40-hour week position with responsibility for two surgical sites in close proximity.

You'll lead a team of practice staff, manage budgets, drive performance, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining exceptional patient care and a strong patient experience across both locations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing dental practices or healthcare settings.
• Ability to interpret financial data and make commercial decisions.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams including clinical and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Predominately private practices

• Peasedown is a 2 surgery practice equipped with the latest equipment and Combe Down is a 3 surgery practice

• Practices are only 3.5 miles apart

• Local parking is available.

As a Practice Manager, youll be:

• Driving your practices performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets

• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship

• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators

• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
