Job summary

mydentist is recruiting a Practice Manager for our Shipley Practice, in a full-time, permanent role. You will drive performance, deliver outstanding patient care, and manage budgets while coordinating a team of dental nurses and receptionists.

You’ll lead compliance with regulators, interpret financial data, and balance NHS and private patient needs. We offer competitive salary, 25–30 days’ holiday, an annual bonus, and health and wellbeing benefits as part of a supportive, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a dental or healthcare team.
• Strong ability to interpret financial data and KPIs.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements in healthcare.
