Job summary

A leading care provider in Plymouth seeks a compassionate leader to manage a supported living team. You will engage individuals in person-led activities and ensure their voices are heard in the planning and delivery of care. Candidates should have at least two years' experience in supported living, an enhanced DBS check, and the right to work in the UK.   • Collect, analyse, and adapt information to co‑produce a person‑led service with families, wider networks, and colleagues.
