About the Company

They are now looking to recruit a talented and experienced PR Director to join their growing team. This is a key leadership role within the agency, offering the chance to work closely with the agency owner while driving both operational efficiency and creative excellence.

The Role

As the PR Director, you will take on a dual role, managing the day-to-day operations of the agency while also leading a talented team of PR professionals. You will work hand-in-hand with the agency owner to shape and deliver the strategic vision of the business, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and results.

Our client is seeking someone with extensive experience in a PR agency setting, ideally with a background in B2B PR. You will have a passion for mentoring, team leadership, and operational management, as well as a strong track record of delivering creative, high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the agency’s PR team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Work directly with the agency owner on strategic initiatives and business growth.
• Oversee key client accounts, delivering successful PR campaigns from conception through to execution.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring efficient resource allocation, client satisfaction, and team productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry contacts, and stakeholders.
• Drive new business efforts, helping to grow the agency’s client portfolio and service offerings.
