Creativity is at the core of everything we do, it’s the backbone of how we work. We back artistic vision, push boundaries, and believe in doing things differently.

There is space for everyone to have a voice at Kepler, and we expect you to as well. Diversity in thought is where creativity flourishes, and we encourage different people to contribute to conversations they might not normally be. You’ll need to be comfortable operating outside your comfort zone, challenging others and being challenged, as this is where growth really happens.

Our Values
  • Experimentation: We challenge the norm, stay curious, and move with confidence into the unknown.
  • Kindness: We believe how we treat people matters. We empower and uplift with clarity and honesty.
  • Excellence: We aim high. We think creatively, embrace feedback, and celebrate both wins and lessons learnt along the way.
Overview

We are looking for a PR and Communications Specialist to play a key role in delivering creative, high quality PR campaigns across our growing portfolio of games.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take on more accountability, with the backing of a strong PR and Communications team. We are open to candidates from gaming, journalism and agencies.

For this role, we are looking for someone who can be onsite in our Shoreditch, London, office for 2 days a week. This role will initially be a 12 month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.

What you will do
  • Lead and deliver PR activity for your titles, from planning through to execution, with the support of your team.
  • Own day to day campaign tasks, ensuring milestones, announcements and submissions stay on track.
  • Share briefs, own tasks and collaborate with our international PR agency network to execute local PR initiatives and activities.
  • Write and proof compelling PR copy, including press releases, messaging documents, and internal updates in line with brand TOV.
  • Create and manage PR assets, including press kits, copy documents and briefing materials.
  • Manage award submissions and track opportunities throughout the year.
  • Support ongoing campaigns, updating plans and flagging risks early.
  • Help formalise internal reporting, creating regular coverage snapshots for internal teams and partners.
  • Work collaboratively with Brand, Social and other Marketing team members to ensure we remain aligned in our approach.
  • Provide wider support for the PR and Communications teams during busier periods.
What you will bring
  • Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to think creatively in your approach.
  • A background in games PR, in-house or agency, or journalism.
  • An understanding of what makes a story newsworthy, with the ability to frame it in a way that captures press interest and coverage.
  • Confidence in managing multiple tasks at once, prioritising effectively and keeping work moving without losing attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in an environment without heavy process.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to communicate early and take feedback on board.
  • Curiosity, creativity and a willingness to experiment with new ways of working.
  • A genuine interest in games and culture.
What can you expect during the Interview Process:

Screening call: Meeting with Marketing’s People Partner, Kate Parker.

Stage 1: Meeting with Jack Kennedy, PR and Communications Director, and Sophie Shanks, Brand Manager. The focus of this interview is to assess your technical skillset. We will share some work to prep with you ahead of this call.

Stage 2: Meeting with Bee Sarafian, Social and Community Manager, and another Marketing team member. During this call we’ll be assessing your ways of working and alignment with our culture. Please be aware that there may be some slight changes to the interview teams and order of interviews depending on availability; we will give you full details with ample time ahead of each conversation.

How can we support you?

We want to set you up for success and make our recruitment process as accessible as possible for you. In your application, feel free to let us know if you need anything to make your experience or environment more comfortable. We'll do our best to support you!
