Job summary

Lyreco is seeking a PPE Business Development Manager (South West), field-based in Gloucestershire. The role involves identifying new PPE leads, expanding existing accounts, and meeting ambitious sales and margin targets.

You will travel to customer sites and work closely with Account Managers to grow the PPE portfolio. The ideal candidate has 3+ years PPE experience, a proven win rate, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Solid PPE sector experience with 3+ years in a similar role.
• Proven track record of winning new PPE business.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Confident in presenting quotes and proposals.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Identify new leads and win new PPE accounts in the allocated area.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to manage PPE pipeline.
• Meet sales and margin targets through PPE spend.
• Attend in-person customer meetings at least 4 days per week.
