Job summary

Lyreco Group is seeking a Business Development Manager for PPE in the South West. This field-based role involves identifying new leads, developing the PPE pipeline with Account Managers, and driving sales and margins while visiting customers up to five days a week.

You will promote our PPE safety profile, win new accounts and deliver compelling quotes and proposals. The position requires strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PPE sales experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of winning and developing business in PPE sales.
• Strong analytical and mathematical ability with commercial acumen.
• Confident in presenting technically viable quotes and proposals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Identify new leads and prospects to promote our Safety profile and win new accounts within the PPE sector.
• Work with Account Managers to develop, manage, and analyse the PPE Pipeline for your allocated area.
• Consistently achieve defined sales and margin targets through winning and implementing spend in PPE (customer size 15-150 employees).
• Attend in-person customer-facing meetings at least 4 days a week.
