Job summary

Lyreco, a leader in Workplace Solutions, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive PPE sales across the South West. You will identify new leads, manage accounts, and push pipeline growth while meeting quarterly targets.

The role is field-based with responsibilities including attending customer meetings 4 days a week and traveling up to five days weekly. A solid PPE background and proven sales success are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in identifying new leads and prospecting in PPE sector.
• Proven track record of winning and developing business in PPE customer-facing sales.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with commercial acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with good presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new leads and prospects to promote our PPE profile and win new accounts.
• Work with Account Managers to develop and manage the PPE pipeline for your area.
• Attend in-person customer meetings at least 4 days per week.
• Achieve defined sales and margin targets through PPE spend in customer sites (15-150 employees).
• Travel 5 days a week to cover the South West region.
