Job summary

Hayley Group in Halesowen is seeking a Sales Administrator on a 14-month fixed term contract. You will be the main liaison for the branch network, handling inquiries by phone and email about part numbers, stock, and pricing.

You will source quotes, negotiate, raise PO details, and manage order acknowledgements to keep operations moving smoothly. You will address overdue deliveries and invoice queries, work with suppliers, and support training through the Hayley Academy.

Responsibilities

• Be a key contact for our branch network, offering support by phone and email.

• Process order acknowledgements and keep branches updated for smooth operations.
