Hayley Dexis is seeking a Sales Administrator on a 14-month fixed term contract to join our PPE department at our headquarters in Halesowen. You will be a key contact for our branch network, handling queries by phone and email and coordinating stock, pricing, and part numbers.

The role involves sourcing quotes, negotiating prices, raising purchase orders, processing acknowledgements, and keeping branches updated while resolving issues like late deliveries or invoice queries.

Responsibilities

• Be the key contact for the branch network via phone and email, offering support and advice on stock, part numbers, and pricing.

• Process order acknowledgements and keep branches updated to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve issues such as overdue deliveries or invoice queries to keep work moving forward.
