Hayley Dexis is seeking a Sales Administrator to join our PPE department at headquarters in Halesowen. You will be a key contact for our branch network, providing timely advice by phone and email on part numbers, stock, pricing, and basic technical questions.

You will source supplier quotes, negotiate prices, raise purchase orders, process acknowledgements, and keep branches updated, while resolving overdue deliveries and invoice queries to ensure smooth operations.

Formación

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Act as key contact for branch network and provide support by phone and email.
• Assist with queries around part numbers, stock, pricing, and basic technical questions.
• Source supplier quotes, negotiate prices, and raise purchase orders.
• Process order acknowledgements and keep branches updated.
