Job summary

RS Safety Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager – PPE to cover the Midlands region from a field-based/virtual setup. You will grow PPE offerings by expanding the customer base and working with UK&I account teams and specialists.

You will leverage PPE knowledge to win new opportunities, manage a PPE-focused pipeline, and collaborate with suppliers to bring innovative solutions to customers. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the PPE market across sectors.
• Experience building existing business through PPE solutions and spotting new opportunities.
• Experience working in a sales environment and collaborating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Combine PPE expertise with account development and sales.
• Manage a pipeline of PPE opportunities within the allocated territory.
• Act as PPE subject matter expert for the region and engage with KAMs/corporate AMs.
• Identify development and new business opportunities.
• Support regional territory mapping with account managers and specialists.
• Research target sectors and product ranges to add opportunities to the pipeline.
• Collaborate with PPE suppliers to bring innovations to customers.
