phs Besafe is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across the UK field-based territory. You will identify and onboard new customers in manufacturing, construction, and transport sectors, building a robust pipeline and delivering tailored workwear and PPE solutions.

In this 100% new business role, you will craft commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with operations to ensure seamless implementation of new contracts.

Competenze

• Proven track record in B2B new business sales.
• Experience within workwear, PPE, garment services, managed services, or industrial solutions.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially astute with a passion for winning new business.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

• Driving new business growth across your territory.
• Building a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and business development activity.
• Conducting customer site surveys and identifying tailored solutions.
