Job summary

Techtronic Industries is seeking a Field Based Business Development Manager in the United Kingdom to drive PPE category growth. You will open new opportunities, manage key accounts, and shape territory strategy across the island of Ireland, with travel in the region and a company car for business use.

The role requires PPE sector experience, strong negotiation, and the ability to forecast and plan effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in PPE sector with a proven sales track record.
• Understanding of Milwaukee product market and growth objectives.
• Relevant sales and marketing qualifications desirable.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills to grow market share.
• Ability to work with colleagues to hit targets and budgets.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and implement growth strategy for Milwaukee range.
• Identify prospects within defined sector and build pipeline.
• Develop product range and promotional planning.
• Maintain annual business plans at account level.
• Maximise turnover and profitability against targets.
• Provide forecasting figures to line manager monthly.
