MSA Safety in the United Kingdom seeks a proactive PPE Administrator to support 5 fire brigades via an online helpdesk. You will manage PPE records in SAP, handle a range of telephone queries (including emergencies), and coordinate PPE deliveries for recruits and training sessions.

Responsabilités

• You will look after 5 fire brigades primarily through an online helpdesk, where firefighters and managers can log enquiries and requests related to PPE.
• Administration and maintenance of firefighter PPE records through the SAP system.
• Handling a variety of telephone queries including emergency callouts.
• Coordinating deliveries of PPE packs for new recruits, training courses, exchanges, and emergency orders.
• Accurately recording key activities in a monthly KPI pack and preparing this for sign-off.
• Acting as a primary point of contact between the customers and the internal teams.
