Job summary

Haven in the United Kingdom is seeking an Activities & Pool Manager to lead our pool and leisure offerings. You will drive team performance, deliver memorable guest experiences and ensure safety and compliance across operations.

The role combines budgeting, scheduling and staff development with hands-on coaching, to sustain high standards and deliver the best park experiences for guests and families.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leadership roles within sports, leisure or hospitality.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management is preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and staff coaching skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver excellent service and achieve targets.
• Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor performance, coach staff, and conduct reviews.
• Oversee scheduling, budgets, and resources to maximise efficiency.
• Ensure operations comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Resolve operational issues quickly to maintain smooth day-to-day running.
• Support staff development through ongoing training and mentoring.
