Job summary

Leisure Employment Services is seeking an Activities & Pool Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver memorable guest experiences at our leisure facility. This full-time role combines hands-on pool management with activity programming, budget control, and ensuring safety and policy compliance.

You will motivate staff, coach performance, manage schedules and resources, and collaborate across departments to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in sports, leisure, or hospitality settings.
• Experience with budgets and resource planning.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver excellent service and achieve targets.
• Guest Experience: Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and driving a welcoming atmosphere.
• Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance, provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Resource Management: Oversee team scheduling, budgets, and resources to maximise efficiency.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure operations comply with health and safety regulations and policies.
• Problem Solving: Resolve operational issues quickly to ensure smooth day-to-day running.
• Training and Development: Support team development through ongoing training and mentoring.
