Job summary

Haven is seeking an Activities & Pool Manager to lead the pool and leisure team, delivering outstanding guest experiences through proactive leadership and hands-on management. You will drive service standards, manage the budget and resources, and ensure safety and compliance across all operations.

The role requires proven leadership in sports, leisure or hospitality, and willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS check. We offer training, career development and generous employee perks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in sports, leisure or hospitality.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience budgeting and financial management.
• Willingness to undergo Enhanced DBS check before starting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support the team to deliver excellent service and meet targets.
• Enhance guest experiences by addressing concerns and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching and conduct reviews.
• Oversee scheduling, budgets and resources to maximise efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and maintain smooth daily operations.
• Support team development through training and mentoring.
