Job summary

Haven's Church Farm Holiday Village in Pagham is seeking an Activities & Pool Manager to lead the poolside and activities team, ensuring memorable guest experiences and high-quality leisure offerings. You'll manage scheduling, budgets, and safety compliance, coaching staff to meet targets while maintaining great service.

DBS check required; enhanced DBS processed prior to start. Flexible evenings, weekends and holidays expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in roles such as Swimming Pool Manager or Activities & Leisure Manager.
• PPO and SPTO certificates preferred but not essential; training and support will be provided.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; budgeting and financial management; health & safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver excellent service and achieve targets.
• Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and driving a welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor individual and team performance, provide feedback, coaching, and conduct reviews.
• Oversee team scheduling, budgets, and resources to maximise efficiency.
• Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations and policies.
• Quickly resolve operational issues to keep day-to-day running smoothly.
• Support training and development through mentoring and growth opportunities.
