Job summary

Club L London is seeking a commercially driven Polish E-Commerce Executive to grow our Polish market. You will execute trading activity, optimise the onsite journey and ensure localised content for Polish customers.

You will translate product copy, support campaigns and collaborate with Merchandising, Product and Marketing to drive performance, conversion and customer experience in a fast-paced fashion ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Polish and English is essential.
• Experience in ecommerce, preferably within fashion or retail.
• Shopify experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce trading and onsite optimization.
• Experience with Polish translations and localisation for ecommerce or digital platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Shopify systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear, precise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across teams in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate and localise product descriptions, campaign messaging, marketing content, banners and onsite copy from English into Polish.
• Ensure all Polish content reflects the Club L London brand while remaining culturally relevant.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain consistency, accuracy and localisation standards.
• Act as the voice of the Polish customer by identifying local market opportunities and needs.
• Support onsite trading activity across campaigns, product launches and key events.
• Support homepage updates, navigation improvements and category merchandising.
• Recommend improvements to product visibility, collections and merchandising.
• Support promotional execution and campaign implementation with Marketing.
