Job summary

Club L London is seeking a Head of Ecommerce to lead its global ecommerce trading function. You will drive profitable digital growth across markets and manage a team of Senior Executives plus a wider 10-strong trading team.

Role requires setting trading strategy, optimizing Revenue, Conversion and Margin, and collaborating cross-functionally to implement data-driven improvements and AI-enabled initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant ecommerce and digital trading experience within a fast paced consumer business.
• Strong experience leading ecommerce trading teams and delivering significant commercial growth.
• Good understanding of AI, automation and emerging ecommerce technology, with a practical mindset towards adoption.
• Highly analytical with the ability to translate complex information into clear commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the global ecommerce trading strategy and translate targets into market plans across Revenue, Conversion, Margin and profitability.
• Lead trading performance across markets, identifying opportunities and risks and converting insights into action.
• Lead market owners with accountability for performance and manage each territory commercially.
• Own CRO and experimentation strategy using data to identify opportunities across the digital journey.
• Prioritise improvements across Search, Navigation, PLP, PDP, Basket and Checkout based on impact.
