Job summary

Club L London, a next-generation online fashion retailer, seeks a Trading Leader to own revenue, conversion and margin for a defined market. You will manage homepage strategy, merchandising, promotions and search rules, and lead weekly trading reviews to explain KPI variances.

You will build trading initiatives, run experiments, and collaborate with Marketing, Merch, Product and Supply Chain using data and AI to improve planning and outcomes.

Qualifications

Strong commercial mindset and ability to drive revenue, margin and KPI attainment.
Proficiency in market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
Experience using data to guide trading and merchandising decisions.

Responsibilities

Own Revenue, Conversion and Margin for an assigned market.
Own homepage strategy, merchandising, promotions and search rules.
