Job summary

Club L London is seeking a commercially driven Italian E-Commerce Assistant to grow our Italian market. You will trade campaigns, optimise the onsite journey, and ensure localised Italian content that aligns with our brand tone.

Entry-level with a degree in a relevant field; SEO knowledge and strong copywriting are essential. Excel skills and a detail-oriented, collaborative mindset are required to succeed in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Italian and English fluency (written and verbal) is essential.
• Entry level role but must have a degree in a relevant field and/or relevant work experience (preferably fashion).
• Knowledge of SEO & non-technical SEO best practices.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities in the Italian market.
• Own and execute all key trading activity, ensuring major trading moments and campaigns are planned and delivered.
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams to ensure campaign consistency across channels.
• Support site presentation, merchandising, and trading and marketing strategy execution.
• Support Merchandising for forward planning, campaigns, and new product drops.
• Perform competitive analysis and identify gaps in site functionality and UX.
• Create value in onsite experiences by addressing pain points and enhancements.
• Drive site improvements to maximize conversion and reduce bounce rate.
• Translate and localise product descriptions, marketing content, campaigns, banners, and copy from English to Italian.
• Ensure Italian content is culturally relevant and brand aligned; conduct quality checks.
• Support Italian customer experience through optimised content and CRO initiatives.
