Job summary

Club L London is seeking an Italian E-Commerce Assistant to support and grow our Italian market presence. You will execute trading activity, optimise onsite journeys, and ensure a locally relevant shopping experience for Italian customers.

Fluency in Italian and English, a degree, and knowledge of SEO and copywriting are essential. You will work with merchandising, marketing, and tech teams to maximise conversion and deliver compelling content across the ecommerce journey.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English (written and verbal) is essential.
• Entry level role but must have a degree in a relevant field and/or relevant work experience (preferably fashion)
• Knowledge of SEO & non-technical SEO best practices
• Strong copywriting and editing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Has acute attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities for the Italian market and plan campaigns.
• Own and execute trading activity and major campaigns.
• Collaborate with digital marketing to ensure campaign consistency across channels.
• Support site presentation, merchandising, and new product drops.
• Improve site performance and conversions.
• Translate and localise product descriptions and campaigns into Italian.
• Quality-check Italian content for accuracy and localisation.
• Support A/B testing and CRO initiatives.
