A regional police force in the UK is seeking a Police Staff Investigator to conduct investigations into volume and priority crimes. Responsibilities include gathering and reviewing evidence, obtaining witness accounts, and presenting findings to supervisory authorities. Applicants should have resided in the UK for at least three years. The role offers a salary range of £29,109 to £31,296 per annum.

Work pattern: Part time/flexible working options will be considered
Salary: £29,109 to £31,296 per annum (pro-rata if part time)
Based at: Various locations across the Nottinghamshire force area
As a PIP1 Investigator, you will gather and review evidence and undertake investigations relating to volume and priority crime. This will include the obtaining of witness evidence, physical evidence and the obtaining of a suspect’s account. This will then be presented and reviewed by a Sergeant, or Crown Prosecution Service regarding the evidential test to recommend charges.
