Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Communications Operator in St Asaph for a 6-month contract. The role involves providing professional customer service within Police, resolving issues on first contact, and accurately recording information. The ideal candidate should hold an NVQ level 3 or have equivalent experience, possess good communication skills, and be able to remain calm in stressful situations. The pay rate is £18.27 per hour, with the possibility of extension after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Communication/Business/Customer related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• Ability to work well in a team or independently.
• Experience in customer service within a pressurized environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective customer service within Police.
• Resolve public issues with an emphasis on first contact resolution.
• Record information accurately on force systems.
• Analyse and disseminate information.
