Overview

We're undertaking a significant transformation programme to improve support for leveraging technology and supporting our mission, as our PMO Analyst you'll assist this vital work and will assist our Technology Portfolio Office in delivering several strategic initiatives across our technology teams.

You'll contribute to the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of our business as usual activities while fostering effective cross-technology collaboration throughout. You'll also support and uphold delivery standards and best practices while reporting on both technology project and product portfolios.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Technology Portfolio Office in delivering strategic initiatives across technology teams.
  • Contribute to ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of business as usual activities.
  • Foster effective cross-technology collaboration and uphold delivery standards and best practices.
  • Report on technology project and product portfolios.

With a comprehensive understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and Lean methodologies, with a certification in at least one delivery methodology, you'll have hands-on experience with a range of Agile frameworks and will be skilled at interpreting data and presenting insights through clear, actionable dashboards.

With hands-on experience with a range of Agile frameworks, you'll have previous experience managing bi-modal portfolios, as well as expertise in selecting delivery methodologies to achieve optimal results. With a demonstrable track record of successfully overseeing technology projects, you'll be proficient in the use of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and workflow tools.
